We realize that many of you are now going through insurance cancellations. Many more will likely experience cancellations in the next few months due to the disruption caused by recent healthcare changes.

We want you to know that if you lose your insurance, we will continue seeing your children. As always, we are happy to work with you on any balance you incur from sick or urgent care of our patients. We can set up payment agreements and we offer discounts.

Our financial policy is available here, on our website, under the "Policies" tab and available to you in each of our exam rooms.

Please contact Rhonda or Kathy for details.

Thank you for the privilege of caring for your children.

Flu Vaccines 2014
We want you to understand that we are providing the flu vaccine as it is made available to our practice.

We recommend flu vaccine for all our patients six months and older. However, despite our best efforts, our practice is running short on flu vaccine. We pre-booked our flu vaccine over 6 months ago, as we always have, but the manufacturer of the vaccine is having difficulty keeping up with the demand and only shipping out very small amounts.

Realize vaccines provided for commercially insured patients are sent and maintained separately from the vaccines for Medicaid/Amerigroup/Wellcare patients. The vaccines for commercially insured patients and the vaccines for Medicaid/Amerigroup/Wellcare patients come from 2 different sources.
We appreciate your patience in this matter and we thank you for allowing us to care for your children.

Camp/Sports/Annual Physicals
Please schedule your Camp/Sports/Annual physicals as soon as possible!

In August we will be going live with a new EMR system, limiting the number of patients that we can schedule. The months of May, June and July will have plenty of openings.
