Flu Vaccines 2014
We want you to understand that we are providing the flu vaccine as it is made available to our practice.

We recommend flu vaccine for all our patients six months and older. However, despite our best efforts, our practice is running short on flu vaccine. We pre-booked our flu vaccine over 6 months ago, as we always have, but the manufacturer of the vaccine is having difficulty keeping up with the demand and only shipping out very small amounts.

Realize vaccines provided for commercially insured patients are sent and maintained separately from the vaccines for Medicaid/Amerigroup/Wellcare patients. The vaccines for commercially insured patients and the vaccines for Medicaid/Amerigroup/Wellcare patients come from 2 different sources.
We appreciate your patience in this matter and we thank you for allowing us to care for your children.
